At Awwlieplay, every product is thoughtfully crafted and carefully packed before it reaches you. As our products are made with natural materials and produced with great care, we request customers to review their orders carefully before placing them.
Returns
We currently do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect product selection.
However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly assist you with a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
To process your request, please share the following:

A clear unboxing video showing the package being opened

Photos of the damaged or incorrect product

A short description of the issue
The unboxing video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the damage visible inside. Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Exchanges / Replacement / Refund
Once the issue is verified, we will offer one of the following:

Replacement of the damaged part, wherever possible

Replacement of the entire product, subject to availability

Store credit equivalent to the purchase value

The resolution offered will depend on product availability and the nature of the issue.
Natural Material Disclaimer
Our products are crafted using natural wood, which means slight variations in wood grain, texture, or colour may occur. These are natural characteristics of the material and are not considered defects.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:
